It was a pleasure to attend Senior Citizens Day at the West Texas Fair & Rodeo. The residents thoroughly enjoyed viewing the art and craft exhibits. The entertainment, particularly the Elvis performance, was well-received. Furthermore, the corn dogs, homemade fries, and lemonade were a delightful experience.

The Red, White, & Blue Derby Horse Race, with the help from Home Instead, proved to be a delightful event. Residents enthusiastically participated by voting for their preferred horse, and winners received a prize. To maintain the theme, we offered a selection of red, white, and blue-themed refreshments, including strawberry and blueberry shortcake, among other options.
