You don’t need to live in the gym to see a transformation, in fact I don't recommend it. You need 45-60 minutes of focused work. When you train 1-on-1 with me, there’s no "scrolling on the phone" time. We get in, we work hard, and you get back to your life. I have 2 spots left in the studio. Who wants 'em? 🙋‍♀️
