'Here’s the one thing I crave from Yahweh , the one thing I seek above all else: I want to live with him every moment in his house, beholding the marvelous beauty of Yahweh , filled with awe, delighting in his glory and grace. I want to contemplate in his temple.' Psalms 27:4

This verse captures the longing of my heart. Before my 'fruit basked turn over' season, I thought I knew how to seek the Lord. And by some standards, I did. But, I will tell you that no matter how hard that season was, it is worth it because it brought me to deeper levels of awe with my Lord. And this is the point of BEHOLD - to guide others to that deeper level of intimacy with the Father.

BEHOLD

Another year has been given.
Not as a demand to do more,
fix more,
be more.

But as an invitation.

An invitation to tend to the body God entrusted to you.
To listen to the signals you’ve learned to override.
To choose rhythms that restore rather than deplete.

As you step into this new year, may your first act of faith be care.

Care for your breath.
Care for your nervous system.
Care for the sacred vessel through which you experience God and the world.

Transformation doesn’t begin with pressure.
It begins with presence.

BEHOLD the newborn King.

Arriving unexpectedly.
Not with force,
but with breath.
Not demanding performance,
but offering presence.

God chose vulnerability.
God chose nearness.
God chose to enter the world through a body,
Sympathizing with us in weakness.
Showing us the way to hope and healing.

Today, may you pause long enough to receive the wonder of Emmanuel,
God with us.
God breathing life into weary places.

Let your breath become your prayer.
Let awe be your offering.

BEHOLD.
Not the rush.
Not the noise.
Not the expectations we pile on ourselves this season.

BEHOLD the quiet forming beneath it all.
God often arrives softly—
in stillness,
in waiting,
in a body that finally exhales.

As Christmas draws near, may you give yourself permission to slow your breath, soften your shoulders, and notice what God is already doing within you.

Awe doesn’t require striving.
It begins with attention.

“Behold.”
A simple word that appears over a thousand times in Scripture.
In Hebrew, it means to stop and pay attention — to truly see what God is doing.
It’s a word that invites us to move from hurry to holiness.
From defense to divine awareness.
BEHOLD: Breath & Soul Coaching was born out of this truth —
that when we slow down enough to breathe, the Spirit reminds us:
“You are seen. You are loved. You can rest.”

We often talk about awe — about being in wonder of God’s beauty and presence.
But did you know that the body has to feel safe before the soul can feel awe?
When we live in survival mode, awe feels out of reach.
But when our breath slows and our nervous system finds peace, we can finally behold again — the goodness, the nearness, the sacred quiet of His presence.
This is where true transformation begins.
It all starts with the breath.

You may have noticed things look a little different around here.
A new name. A fresh rhythm.
But this shift didn’t happen overnight — it’s been growing quietly under the surface.
Over the last few years, I’ve walked through seasons of loss, breathwork, and deep healing — moments where I learned that transformation always begins beneath awareness.
BEHOLD isn’t just a new business name; it’s a reflection of what God’s been doing all along.
When the nervous system finds safety, awe returns.
When the breath steadies, the soul begins to listen.
This is the heartbeat of BEHOLD. 💙

Come catch your breath and be gently led into stillness.
Today’s session is rooted in the comforting and restorative promises of Psalm 23, reminding us that we don’t have to strive—our Shepherd leads, restores, and protects.

We’ll begin by grounding ourselves in the present moment, setting an intention to release control and receive peace.

We’ll move through calming breathwork rhythms designed to:
• Soothe your nervous system
• Reconnect you to your body
• Create space for the Spirit to move
Each breath will be woven with affirmations and verses.

You’ll be invited into a few gentle movements or a posture of rest—whichever your body needs today. No experience needed.

Closing our time will include a Spirit-led journey through your body using Psalm 23 as a scriptural guide for release, comfort, and healing.

The breath is God’s original rhythm placed within us.
It’s the first thing we did when we came into this world—
and often the last thing we remember to notice in a busy day.

But when we return to the breath, something shifts.
Our heart rate slows.
Our nervous system softens.
Our minds clear.
Our body begins to heal.

Breath is how the body feels safe again.
It’s how we come home.
