Come catch your breath and be gently led into stillness.
Today’s session is rooted in the comforting and restorative promises of Psalm 23, reminding us that we don’t have to strive—our Shepherd leads, restores, and protects.
We’ll begin by grounding ourselves in the present moment, setting an intention to release control and receive peace.
We’ll move through calming breathwork rhythms designed to:
• Soothe your nervous system
• Reconnect you to your body
• Create space for the Spirit to move
Each breath will be woven with affirmations and verses.
You’ll be invited into a few gentle movements or a posture of rest—whichever your body needs today. No experience needed.
Closing our time will include a Spirit-led journey through your body using Psalm 23 as a scriptural guide for release, comfort, and healing.
