We've been blessed to have such tremendous growth. That success comes from two basic goals. We want to be the Provider of Choice and the Employer of Choice. our growth can be attributed to the quality of care our staff and word of mouth from our patients. Blue Mountain Therapy LLC provides healthcare services in Southwest and Central Virginia. Our services include: Physical, Occupational, Behavioral Therapies, Speech-Language Pathology, Social Work and Therapeutic Consultation. We provide services in a variety of settings to include: schools, home health, Early Intervention and outpatient clinics. Our commitment to excellence in service is matched by our commitment to ethical professionalism, personal integrity, and dedication to the individuals we serve and the lives we have the privilege of touching.
