Struggle Well: Turning Challenge into Strength đź’Ş
The Plymouth County CISM Team is proud to support and promote the upcoming Struggle Well 2-Day Training, hosted by the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office in partnership with Boulder Crest Foundation.
This powerful, evidence-based training is designed for first responders, public safety professionals, and those who serve others, providing practical tools to transform stress, adversity, and life challenges into personal strength and growth.
✨ Why Struggle Well matters:
âś” Builds resilience and emotional strength
âś” Strengthens relationships at work and at home
âś” Encourages healthier coping and self-awareness
âś” Supports long-term wellness and burnout prevention
âś” Reinforces post-traumatic growth, not just survival
