The Heartfulness 9 pm universal prayer is a daily practice within our Heartfulness meditation tradition, focused on promoting global well-being. Here's a breakdown of what it entails:
Purpose:
It's a dedicated practice for the spiritual welfare of all humankind.
It aims to cultivate feelings of love, devotion, and faith within individuals.
It seeks to contribute to a more peaceful and harmonious world.
Timing:
It's observed at 9:00 pm local time. This creates a continuous wave of prayer across the globe.
Practice:
Participants are encouraged to pause their activities and engage in meditation for approximately 15 minutes.
The core focus of the meditation is to hold the thought that "all brothers and sisters are being filled with love and devotion and that real faith is growing stronger in them."
It also includes positive suggestions for world peace.
Significance:
It's a collective effort to generate positive energy and intentions for the betterment of society.
It's believed that consistent practice can lead to personal and collective transformation.
In essence, the Heartfulness 9 pm universal prayer is a moment for individuals to connect with their inner selves and extend feelings of love and goodwill to the world.

Without it, it is difficult to graciously let go of impressions, because instead you will end up thinking about them, or feeling bad about yourself, deepening the impressions. You will need self-acceptance to get to first base!" Daaji
