In 2026 I’m leaning into yoga as a practice much deeper than poses, stretching, or exercise. Yoga is so much more.

Introducing the Sacred Sister Circle, a gathering of women in a safe, intentional space to connect, share wisdom, offer mutual support, and honor the divine feminine.

I’m teaming up with to offer a space of healing and connection through gentle yoga, meditation, sound healing, journaling, chanting, dancing, and whatever else evolves.
