Are you ready to be still?

For many people, staying busy becomes a way of coping. When your mind is constantly occupied with tasks, responsibilities, and noise, you rarely have to sit with the deeper questions or emotions that quiet moments can bring. Activity can feel safer than stillness.

That is why silence sometimes feels uncomfortable at first. When life slows down, your mind finally has space to notice what it has been carrying. But that space is also where understanding begins.

Clarity rarely arrives in the middle of constant movement. It often finds you in the quiet moments when you finally allow yourself to pause.
