Hey we have moved our Ada office to 119 N Broadway, Suite 106. It's located in the Mini Mall. Our office hours are by appointment only.

We have increased some of our rates effective July 1, 2017. In ADA We are doing SASSI-4 for court assessments. We charge $50.00 for the court assessment, but if you need your drivers license assessment also (which cost either $160 or $175 - based on your date of arrest) we will throw the SASSI in for free if they are done at the same time. Your assessment will be started and completed on the same day. You will know what your results are right after the assessment is completed. No second appointment required.

In Holdenville our court only assessments are $100.00. If you have lost your license and schedule your ADSAC assessment we will throw in the court report for free.

My office is now providing the SASSI assessments ordered by the Pontotoc County Court as well as child welfare. I am currently charging $25.00 for the SASSI but this rate will be increasing as of April 1, 2017. DUI Assessments are available at State set rates of $160-175, based on the date of your arrest.

I have appointments available daytime, evening and weekend. The reason for the appoinment is that you will be the only one being assessed at any given time, and you will get the results at the end of the assessment. Call 580-272-3962 to schedule an appointment.

Good afternoon, it is October 14, 2016 and our site visit in the Holdenville office is complete, and I am approved to begin doing assessments in the Holdenville office. It is located at 113 N. Oak, Holdenville, OK 74848. I will be open by appointment only. I will have daytime, evening and some weekend appointments available. The cost of assessments is 160-175 depending on your date of arrest. Please call if you are in need of an appointment.

Finishing touches are being done on the Handicapped Accessible Bathroom and then we will be ready for inspection. Hoping to be approved within the next couple of weeks for Hughes County DUI assessments.

I wanted to update my page and let you know that the Holdenville office has been open about 5 months. The office is located at 113 N. Oak, Suite B, Holdenville, OK. I am offering Drug/Alcohol assessments for probation, parole & court requirements. I am not able to do DUI Assessments at this location until after state inspection. (Which should be early September). I am also offering Individual counseling for the OK Board of Nursing requirements, mental health as well as substance abuse individual and/or group.

House Bill 3146 has been signed into law and goes into effect on November 1, 2016. This house bill provides for a new data base to be implemented by Dept. of Public Safety and ALL DUI's (even if they are municipal) will be handled by the District Court and entered on the new database. The bills also says that a second DUI within a 10 year period WILL BE A FELONY. This house bill also says the cost of the assessment for court will be the same as the cost of the assessment for license reinstatement. So.... if you are needing a court assessment, I suggest you get them soon, as the rate will go from $75.00 to $160.00 on November 1st.

I can not post my hours, because I am open by appointment only. I am the only assessor in this area that does assessments during the day, evenings and weekends. I can usually get you in for an appointment within 24-48 hours. An assessment usually lasts about an hour and a half, sometimes they take longer.
