he ground are practically used up as crops are not properly rotated and cannot replenish those nutrients. Therefore, our foods do not contain the necessary levels of nutrients that they did even 20 years ago. I won't even go into GMO food and the chemicals used to combat weeds and disease that ends up in our bodies.
2. We cook our foods to death. Most of the nutrients found in our foods is water-soluble. When we cook it, the nutrients are cooked out and in the water we cook them in. Even Orange Juice doesn't have any natural Vitamin C in it. When the juice gets heat pasteurized, the nutrients are burned off. Any vitamins in the OJ are added later in the process, are from the synthetic form.
3. Over The Counter medications. We can't even get proper nutrition through the vitamins we purchase at local stores. Because these products are made with synthetic vitamins and minerals. Your body can't process them and treats them as foreign invaders. So your white blood cell levels actually go up and attack them.
