Secondly, I'm going to be offering some free and low-cost "programs" that will use a personality assessment called the Enneagram to help you:

1) Discover your primary personality type and subtype, and learn what they mean and how to use them to work through conflicts (both internal and external) you might be dealing with or to achieve goals that are proving more difficult than you imagined.

2) Increase your self-awareness so you can be more present in your daily life and more effectively make the changes you need/want to make.

3) Develop strategies to cope with and handle your specific struggles (anxiety, anger, lack of clarity etc.) in more flexible, healthy and productive ways.

4) Ultimately, live a more satisfying, fulfilling and balanced life based on how you define those concepts as well as what you'd like to create or achieve.

My daily posts will be the free, light version of this training with some basic information for each of the 9 Types, as well as things like inspirational quotes, humor to lighten the pressure and powerful questions based upon Motivational Interviewing techniques, Positive Psychology, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy concepts.

My paid program will be handled two ways: 1) Groups of 4-6 people who will support one another, learn from one another and help one another gain insight into their particular strengths/weaknesses, and 2) Individually, we will be able to go more in depth and gain ground more quickly on identifying, processing and working on your particular struggles and goals.

Group costs: $20/person/55-min session. **Must have a group of at least 4 people that either you recruit yourself or that I'm able to compile from others who want to join a group.

Individual costs: $80/55-min session
