What I think Other's Know: Impostor Syndrome
We asked Amanda what her favorite book is. Here's what she said:
"My book choices always seem to be about my work! Even my fun reads. This one I love because, well, even therapists need therapists. This is a lovely little read that gives some insight into the world that, for even us therapists, get's a little messy. It takes courage to see a therapist. More often than not, across the screen from someone. That courage can have really positive outcomes given the right fit (See Karolina's blog on the right fit!). Read this book, and then maybe you should talk to someone too? I'm around for that!"

Some partners avoid conflict because they think they’re keeping the peace. Others stop talking because they fear what might happen after the conversation starts.
