Here we are, a little brain fog but also more stress, not from the challenge, (I want to be honest but not divulge all my life's struggles until I'm ready) has entered the picture over here.

I'm a believer in looking for the lessons you can learn because after all, its about positivity and not negativity, right?!

I’m not ‘cutting carbs’…
I’m calming my blood sugar.

No sugar.
No sweeteners.
No starchy veggies.

Not because I’m punishing my body —
but because I finally understand it.
For years I thought weight loss was about willpower.

Turns out it was about glucose spikes, insulin, inflammation, and stress.

When your blood sugar is constantly riding a roller coaster:
• cravings aren’t a character flaw
• fatigue isn’t laziness
• stubborn weight isn’t a failure

This January, I’m living inside the bounds of No Sugar with a weight-loss focus —
not chasing the scale, but stabilizing my system.

And the wild part?

When glucose stays steady:

✨ weight loss becomes a byproduct, not a battle

This isn’t extreme.

Dinner: 16oz ribeye steak, broccoli, side salad, no dressing or cheese
