When did exhaustion become a badge of honor?
Not everything you carry was meant to stay in your suitcase.
At the airport, when luggage is overweight,
you have two choices:
Pay the extra fee —
or remove something.
There is no arguing with the scale.
Only a decision.
Life works the same way.
Over time we pack more than we should —
other people’s emotions,
silent expectations,
responsibilities we never questioned.
We call it love.
We call it loyalty.
We call it strength.
But eventually… the body becomes the scale.
Fatigue.
Tension.
Sleepless nights.
Not as punishment.
As wisdom.
Many people will gladly let you carry everything —
especially when your sacrifice is convenient for them.
But convenience for others
must not become destruction for you.
If it costs your health,
the price is too high —
and not always guaranteed to be restored.
Open the suitcase.
Remove what was never yours.
Your well-being is sacred.
