What a way to get this beautiful Saturday started. WRA took on the Water for Life 5K and let’s just say we will be remembered 😊

This race wasn’t just a run; it was a chance to come together for something bigger than ourselves. I’m incredibly proud of each and every one of you who showed up, gave your all, and supported such a meaningful cause.

CONGRATULATIONS to the members that placed in their age group and Tia O'leary for placing First Overall Female.

WRA, you continue to inspire. Let’s keep showing up, lifting each other up, and making an impact—on and off the course.

Over the last past several months it has been nothing short of amazing with this group so far. A small seed was planted and grew into something so big in this community and it continues to grow as of today. It is not just a run group, it is a safe space, a non judgemental zone, and sometimes a place to mentally decompress especially when the world around you gets too heavy. So with that, we encourage you all to join us and see for yourself because I can guarantee if you have joined us at least 1 time, you took something positive away and felt a little better after leaving. We hope to see you soon!

Get ready, get ready, get ready!! 🎉 Join us for the Family Fun & Wellness Festival this Saturday, April 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Jim Battle Park in Adel. We are excited to sponsor this community event with Southwell.

Come out and enjoy field day games, a DJ, touch-a-truck with emergency vehicles, a 360 photo booth, community and health booths, free sno cones and food, and giveaways including $25 Visa gift cards every 30 minutes. You’ll also hear short talks and demos from local experts
and Southwell staff on topics like maternal health, diabetes, stroke awareness, nutrition, and more.
