Come join me this month for classes. Create a strong core with the Pilates method so daily activities seem easier. Create more space with yoga poses to increase flexibility. In return, YOU are more mindful of HOW to move and support your body. All this helps decrease the risk of injury.

Tuesday's OPEN spot this month will be:
Pilates Classic and Yoga Stretch. A class combining the classic postures of Joseph Pilates and basic yoga poses to connect with your body. Duration is 1 hour.
Comment below if you are interested so we can determine a START time, options being 5:45pm, 6pm, or 6:15pm.
I have a wrestling meet to attend this Thursday, NO class at ASE that evening (Dec. 14, 2023)
