Co-regulation is the dance between caregiver and child. Often times feeding is involved and this is when co-regulation, being in tune to both yourself and your child, helps set the stage for a beautiful feeding relationship! Whether by breast, bottle or baby led feeding- this dance gets perfected over time! Responsive feeding- helps us learn the cues of this amazing dyad! Happy feeding!

Since becoming CFT gillespie trained I have been listening to this podcast! Today to my surprise, one of my favorite IBCLCs Lisa Paladino from The Tongue Tie Expert podcast was interviewed!!! What a great episode! I totally agree that a functional assessment needs to be done before any release! Body tension can be relieved and the food of the mouth including the tongue can get improved function with Gillespie Approach - Craniosacral Fascial Therapy release!

Year end 2024- Grateful ~ Thankful ~ Blessed
I will end this year with gratitude for so many events this year. It certainly was a year of personal and professional growth as we became homeowners of a house/yard for Maggie 🐾, became a Nana, changed work hours to 10 hour days so I can Nana-sit weekly, had a great family vacation with all the kids, became a CFT trained provider and launched a private practice this year that saw 19 new families! I look forward to next year being just as fruitful and spending more time with family and friends and learning to relax a little bit more! 🛫⛱️🚢🎶🎸💃🏼🕺🏻❤️🎉

Feeding is such a special time in a baby's life. It should be a sweet and loving moment. Caregivers should not have to feel stressed out, be in pain or be in a constant worry cycle about their baby's growth and development.
