Mass Vet Cardiology Services

Locations Main Office 305 Suffield St, Agawam MA South Deerfield Office Deerfield Bus Ctr, Suite 28 110 North Hillside Road

Mass Vet Cardiology is a cardiology referral practice centrally located in Western MA, near the Eastern States Exposition grounds, in Agawam, MA with a satellite clinic in South Deerfield, MA. Our goal is to provide veterinarians in the Pioneer Valley, northern Connecticut and Southern Vermont, the opportunity to incorporate advanced cardiology diagnostics, sophisticated equipment, and the expertise of veterinary specialist cardiologists into their general practices. Mass Vet Cardiology’s main goal is to become an extension of general practices and maintain a close working relationship with your family veterinarian, to diagnose and treat your pet’s heart condition. Patients are accepted only by referral from your veterinarian, and 24-hour patient care is provided for our hospitalized patients. Our secondary goal is to provide affordable cardiology screening to pure bred dog and cat breeders so that we may work together to identify dogs with hereditary heart diseases and remove them from breeding programs.

1.Once judging schedules are available, I will begin scheduling the appointments. *Hopefully* you will receive an email with your time the middle to end of next week. Again, it depends on the superintendents.

2 If your dog has had a previous echocardiogram, please bring a copy to the DPCA with you. You also need to bring a copy of your registration for OFA forms.

3.The clinic is located in Sky Boxes 3 & 4. During the clinic, the best means of reach us for questions is by going to the sky box. You can also reach me on my cell phone-- text message preferred. This is my personal cell so I ask you only contact me during the clinic hours (Sunday-Tuesday, approximately 730 AM to 5-6 PM) and only if it is urgent.

I will include items 2 and 3 in your appointment confirmation.

Please feel free to cross post.

Thank you!

Appointment times will be scheduled as soon as all the various judging programs are available. You will receive an email with your appointment time; this could be after you have left for the national.

For those having holters done on Sunday and Monday: you will be given a precise time to return the holter the following day. We ask that you remove the holter from your dog before bringing it to us. It is important the holter be returned by the appointed time so those scheduled for a holter that day can get it put on.

Thank you!

best,

Lauren
