Dear Aiken Wellness Family,

We’ve been so touched by the outpouring of love and support from you since announcing our closing on June 28th. Thank you so much for your continued support over these last three weeks!

We will be having a 20% OFF SALE on ALL retail products this week! Please help us pack fewer boxes to move to the warehouse! 😂

Then, beginning July 9th, you can order your favorite products at www.aikenwellnessspa.com and pick up locally at our warehouse. This location is 4 minutes from our current spa location.

June 28th will be our last day at the Warehouse Road building. Please use your gift cards and remaining membership credits by the close of business on June 28th or they will be forfeit.

We’re looking forward to seeing you at the spa during this final week and continuing to serve you as we transition to local pick-up!

Discover the Art of Simple Sourdough Baking & Superfood Wellness on Friday, May 23rd at 5:30pm!

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to craft delicious sourdough bread from scratch—no experience needed! You’ll leave with the skills and confidence to bake your own nourishing loaves at home.

Plus, dive into the world of superfood powders—taste, explore, and learn how these powerful natural boosters can elevate your health and vitality.

What’s included:

• Step-by-step sourdough making session + dough to take home and bake

• Tasting of fresh-baked sourdough

• Introduction to superfood powders and their benefits

• Tips on how to easily incorporate them into your daily routine

Whether you’re a health enthusiast, foodie, or curious beginner, this experience will feed both your body and soul.

Please bring:

- A bowl large enough to hold at least 6 cups (for your dough which you will mix up and take home)

- A sturdy mixing spoon or spatula

- Wide mouth quart jar or other glass container to take your starter home

- 4 1/2 + cups of flour of your choice + measuring cup (I like to use organic all-purpose flour for consistent results. Great Value or King Arthur are good options)

You’ll take home:

- A sourdough loaf to bake the next day

- A 102 year old sourdough mother/starter to continue making sourdough goodness

- A super simple sourdough recipe, plus other fun sourdough recipe ideas
