Tip #10:
Turn it Up!
Nothing will make the time go faster than putting on your favorite tunes. It keeps you motivated and in the process you have a little fun too!

Tip #9:
Give Your Floors The Attention They Deserve
Depending on the type of floors you have will depend on how you care for them. But you’ll want to give them a deep down thorough cleaning to remove any salt, sand or other participles that can cause continued damage.
If your floors have taken a beating you may need to wax or use some other method to bring them back to their original glory.

Tip #8:
Move Left to Right, Top to Bottom
Just like you need your supplies handy, you want to clean left to right and top to bottom. This way you’re not re-cleaning areas and won’t miss areas because you’re tidying in a systematic way.

Tip #7:
Clean At the Right Time of Day-
Make sure you’re cleaning at the right time of day but starting early and finishing before 3 PM when the sun begins to fade.
If the day you choose happens to be raining, try and reschedule as rainy days make it harder to see clearly exactly where the dirt, cobwebs, and grime is hiding. Stick to bright sunny days.

Tip #6:
Put on the Gloves
If it’s been a while and your home is pretty dirty, stock up on some rubber gloves. Rubber gloves help you move through your icky cleaning tasks without worrying about getting your hands dirty.

Tip #5:
Clean The Coils-
You should clean the refrigerator’s condenser coil, usually found behind the toe grille, with a long-handled bottle brush and a vacuum cleaner with an attachment hose to remove dust and lint. Built-up dust and pet hair can shut down the unit by causing it to overheat.
To remove dust from coils attached to the hard-to-reach back side of the fridge, carefully pull the refrigerator out several feet and vacuum thoroughly; finish by vacuuming and washing the floor and moving the regenerator back into place.

We wanted to take a minute and say a HUGE THANK YOU to all of our patients!!

We just finished up at the office and are so humbled and appreciative of all you! We cannot say it enough, thank you for trusting us with your care and well-being!

You all are the reason we are here and will continue to be here for you!

Tip #4:
Don’t Forget Upholstery and Carpets-
Whether you do it yourself and rent a machine or hire someone to do it for you, fabrics that have absorbed a winter’s worth of dirt, body oil, and germs will need a deep cleaning to get them ready for another year of wear.
Open the window to speed the drying process, which can take a day or more.

Every patient and every injury is different, remember this!

Tip #3:
Keep Supplies Right at Your Fingertips-
When you have to tackle a big job you want to make sure to have your cleaning supplies handy and nearby. The best way to accomplish this is to create a cleaning bucket.

My favorite storage container for cleaning supplies is a milk crate. A milk crate is sturdy, won’t break, has built in handles and can easily store the five or more products most of us use to clean our homes. Plus it can hold all your cleaning tools too!
Just pick it up and bring it with you from room to room and have everything at your fingertips.

We're here and looking forward to seeing you!!

Don't have an appointment, no problem - call the office today and we will do our best to fit you in!

Please keep in mind, we are asking that if you are sick, to please stay home and monitor your symptoms.
At this time we are only seeing scheduled patients, that means no walk-ins and if your spouse or child is with you, they must wait in the car.

We thank you for all of your cooperation during this time!

Tip #2:
Start At The Front Door-
One of the areas you’ll want to make sure gets a good cleaning is right where people enter the home.
Most folks have a door mat outside the door and right inside the house.
If your outside door mate is washable, take it to the utility sink and soak it in a solution of all purpose cleaner. Take a scrub brush to the mat too so you can really get it clean. You may need to soak it a few time before it’s thoroughly clean.
If your mat is not washable, toss and replace with one that is so you can clean it occasionally.
Next, give the mat inside your home a cleaning too. If it can be tossed into the washer all the better. You can also vacuum or swat it outside with a broom.
No matter what method you choose, remember your welcome mat is the first line of defense in keeping dirt out of the house!

Tip #1:
Create a list-
By creating a list of everything you want to do, you won't get overwhelmed.
Work room by room instead of bouncing between rooms.
