Holiday Hours and End of Year Rush!
The end of the year always brings in many patients who must use their benefits or HSA accounts before the year ends. Unfortunately, many wait until the last minute and are upset when we cannot get them appointments by year's end. There are only so many appointment slots and days in the calendar, and we recommend booking appointments as soon as possible. If you do not require your appointment before December 31st, please tell Dee or Beth when you call and they will schedule it after January 1st.
There will be no examination appointments available November 27-28th, December 24-26th and December 31-January 2nd.
Please do not ask our staff to pre-bill or post-bill services on any day other than the date of service. That is fraudulent, and we will never do that.
