Mid season shoulder pain?

This athlete is dealing with that right now. Baseball athlete, a lot of throwing, shoulder gets irritated. Not a big injury (we caught it early, thankfully), just enough to mess with performance and hang around.

He’s already doing rehab with his team, which is good. But he wants it to calm down faster so he can keep playing at a high level.

That’s where we’re helping him out with StemWave. Working on reducing irritation and getting the shoulder to settle down mid-season.

Every year around this time we see the same thing. People get motivated, start training more, and try new programs but their body hasn’t actually changed. So the same pain shows up, the same limitations stick around, and the results don’t really move. It’s not a motivation or effort issue, it’s usually the plan. Most programs don’t account for how your body moves or what you specifically need. If you want this season to be different, your plan has to be built around you. Alysse, PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant

Recovery enthusiast. Movement motivator. Comeback coach.

Alysse brings a strong background in both outpatient and inpatient rehab, with a passion for helping people get back to doing what they love. After tearing her ACL in high school, she experienced firsthand how powerful physical therapy can be, which is why she leads with empathy, encouragement, and individualized care.

She loves working with active adults, athletes, and post-op patients — helping them recover, rebuild, and return to peak performance 💪

We’re so excited to have her stepping into a new role as our StemWave specialist, helping patients accelerate healing and get even better results ⚡️

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, staying active, traveling, or working on creative projects. ✨

Single leg RDLs
Barbell reverse lunges
Patrick steps

They help me build strength, control, and resilience around my knees so I can train hard without constantly worrying about setbacks.
