Hi friends. I'm moving to a new location with new hours and some new booking rules. To celebrate, everyone (even established clients) get $50 off their first visit to the new spot.

Starting October 1, I'll be working out of Tribe, A Healing Arts Community, located at 1821 W. Belmont Ave. I'll be taking appointments (you can even book online again) on Wednesdays from 2:30pm - 8:30pm and Sundays from 8am - 2pm. You can request appointments outside of those hours but will need to pay a $20 non-refundable deposit to hold your time.

I look forward to seeing some new and familiar faces!

Hi friends. I'm closing my Alameda office on June 28 and will be moving back to Chicago. I'm currently in the process of figuring out what my practice will look like there so stay tuned for updates. I'm having a big special for the month of September. From September 1-30 new clients will receive $50 off their first massage AND existing clients get $50 off when they refer a friend who receives a massage.

Discounted appointments must be 60 minutes or greater in length. You can get unlimited referral discounts but they only apply to one appointment at a time.

Have you ever had a Thai massage? These images are obviously not of me massagimg but they are examples of techniques I use while doing Thai massage. Sometimes referred to as lazy person's yoga, the style of Thai that I do is mostly hands free and involves a lot of stretching and joint mobilization

It's my absolute favorite massage style to do and I think it's incredibly powerful and effective. If you're an active person, it's great to keep you moving smoothly, and if you're not an active person it's great to get you unstuck from sitting at a desk. Do you have hip or back pain? Thai will be great for you. I love to convert someone into a Thai massage lover.

Summer is a busy time for travel. I, myself, went on vacation just last week where I did some tropical island hikes and I sure could use a massage (but my therapist is out of town). The times when you're more active are perfect for getting some bodywork.
