My training methods have always followed a common sense approach to health and fitness. My goal has always been to provide as much carryover from your training session into real life everyday situations. I have found that if you take your focus away from how your body looks to how you perform during training as well as everyday life, the body that you want will follow. Carbohydrates being the reason that you have excess fat on your body has been a common misconception since the late 80's. However, it is true that you can lose weight quickly by eliminating carbs. Unfortunately the weight that you will lose is just water that your body has stored. You will put that weight back on as soon as you start eating carbs again. You will have greater chances of success by focusing on your caloric intake versus the amount of carbs that you eat in a day.
