Our mission is to provide services, community supports, education and advocacy to individuals, families and communities impacted by active substance use through harm reduction strategies that embrace multiple pathways of recovery and wellness. mental health, treatment services, housing, domestic violence services, community support, heath and wellness, family services etc.) We want our community members to know that you are not alone and HRX will be here for every step of the way. We are past the point of calling this a opioid crisis, it’s a OVERDOSE CRISIS! AND are long past the point of calling it a personal or moral failing. ITS DEFINITELY a Systemic and Policy Failure!
