Mondays are still dedicated to moss shipments and prep. As always sea moss gels are prepared when needed.

UPS even with its delivery mishaps are still the best bet for shipping sea moss gels In a “timely” manner. If you shipments won’t reach you within 72 hours using UPS ground, you will have to use UPS 3 day Select. This protects your product, the quality of my product and saves everyone a little worry.

Areas that will need 3 day select shipping are- California, Midwest States, Florida & Some parts of Georgia.

3 day select shipping is $18.50.

Lost (wrongly delivered) Orders

Damaged Orders

Here’s what to do if your order has been lost but it says it’s been delivered.

1. Contact your local USPS AND UPS tell them your package has NOT been delivered but it says that it has been. Ask them where was the last scan of the package during delivery. This sometimes help then see where exactly the package was actually delivered.
2. Call customer service to file a claim if your local office has not started this for you.
3. Email me the claim number(s)
4. Follow up with the insurance claim & myself within a week.
5. Wait for product to be issued again.

* (This won’t always work if your package is stolen but it can. There’s additional loop holes to jump through I’ll help where I can but please stay on top on tracking to lessen the chances of theft and start the insurance claim on your end first.)

Let’s have a conversation about tracking.

Please once you’ve received your tracking information in the email address that you provided during check out, stay on top of it.

This is very important to immediately remedy any shipping delays, problems etc that may occur.

If you notice that your package isn’t moving- CALL THE CARRIER ASAP and open a claim. Share the claim number with me. Remember to follow up.

I try to check tracking 24hours following your shipments going out to ensure that everything is running smoothly, but that doesn’t mean that I will be able to all the time.

If you haven’t already set up texts alerts for USPS and UPS do so.

NY/NJ/PA ORDERS should take 1-2 days.

DMV AREA 2-3 days

NC/SC/GA up to 4 days

CALI 5-7 days

MIDWEST 5-7 days

🚨Raw goods price increase🚨

Mason jars are increasing in price.
Since my last haul they’ve increased $2.

Raw ginger root has increased in pricing.

Shipping boxes have increased as well. Depending on size the increase has been upward .25. Tape, packing materials etc are up ⬆️

Although mason jars are my preference in storing and shipping seamoss gels if I find a more cost effective and reliable (sturdy & shatterproof) way to get my products to you there will be a change in the packaging. If not unfortunately, like everything else the price of the seamoss gels will have a small bump in pricing.

Lastly, warm weather is here in UPSTATE New York as well as where most of my customers reside so every Seamoss gel order will ship with ice packs to retain freshness.
