My 11-Day Journey with Asher Holistic Living đą
Before starting Asher, I knew I needed a boost to reshape my eating habits. I was overeating and not getting enough fruits and vegetables. I had moments where my habits were fair, but I still leaned on desserts and convenience. At the end of the year, I prayed and asked God to help me take better care of my bodyâand He answered that prayer through this 11-day plan.
During the journey, the structure removed every excuse. All of my meals were prepared and ready, which made it easy to stay consistent. Eating every 2â3 hours helped me stay full and stop overeating. I became more mindful of choosing whole foods instead of foods with additives and excess sugar.
Physically, I felt lighter and happier. I didnât experience bloating, my stomach flattened, and I noticed changes in how my body looked and felt. Emotionally and spiritually, I felt grounded. I realized that food is fuel, not comfort, and caring for my body is part of honoring God.
These 11 days showed me that what I put into my body determines what I get in return. The progress I made in 11 days is proof of what I can achieve long-term. I feel empowered, confident, and excited to continue this lifestyle.
