Are you suddenly co-working with your spouse or partner amid COVID19? How's it going? Comment here on what has helped.

Here are a few tips to keep your home and relationship peaceful.

1) Acknowledge and validate your own stress as it comes. Take preventative measures and act fast when you feel like your stress level is nearing your limit.
2) Communicate your needs and schedule with your partner. There will most likely need to be more compromises during this time. Space is limited.
3) Know that your partner and children are most likely also stressed as well. The stress that you're feeling, they are most likely feeling as well.
4) Find time to get outside to breathe fresh air.
5) See if you can take walks with you partner outside for lunch and take turns making lunch and dinner for each other. Enjoy meals together if you don't need silence or need to work on your own things. This time can be enjoyable and you can find ways to support each other.
6) Give each other space and listen closely to each other. Space is absolutely ok and healthy to take in relationships.
7) Practice gratitude and engage in activities to keep you grounded.

The mind is a powerful entity and we embody that which we perceive. Our world is entirely dependent on our mental construct. When we think and feel peaceful, we are peaceful. When we think of and feel love, we are the embodiment of love. On the same hand, when we are in panic, despair, isolation, our world resembles that. Perhaps the journey is not about attaining anything other than the state of mind we wish to be.

"A knowledge of the existence of something we cannot pe*****te, of the manifestations of the profoundest reason and the most radiant beauty - it is this knowledge and this emotion that constitute the truly religious attitude; in this sense, and in this alone, I am a deeply religious man." -Albert Einstein

Every moment there is a possibility to be total. Whatsoever you are doing, be absorbed in it so utterly that the mind thinks nothing, is just there, is just a presence. And more and more totality will be coming. And the taste of totality will make you more and more capable of being total. -Osho
