I did a recon mission to find out what the delay is in obtaining vital records copies. As you can see, the DOH office is closed completely. The phone number on the sign is new though, so give it a try.
The head archivist told me copies are about 3 years behind at this point. There are several reasons, but that’s the bottom line. Requests left in the Dropbox are not picked up regularly and may be even further behind.
