This work is rooted in evidence — and guided by listening 🤍
As a registered nurse and business owner, I care deeply about science and best practice. But what matters just as much to me is how parents are feeling in the middle of their challenges.
That’s why I support families through early parenting challenges like feeding, sleep, and building safety skills — by meeting you where you are and creating thoughtful, realistic plans that fit your family.
If you’re navigating something challenging and want support, you’re welcome to explore my services or schedule a free call through the link provided. You don’t have to navigate this season alone.

✨ Happy New Year ✨
A new year often brings new beginnings—and for some, a brand-new baby.

I’m so excited to share my Pregnancy to Baby birthing classes, created to gently guide and support you through pregnancy, birth, and those early weeks with your newborn.

Together, we’ll talk through what to expect during pregnancy, walk through the stages and phases of labor, explore pain management options you may be offered, practice supportive positions, and learn how partners can be present and helpful during birth. We’ll also spend time on the fourth trimester and newborn care, because preparation doesn’t stop at delivery.

This class is rooted in education and empowerment—helping you gather information, build confidence, and feel supported as you make the choices that are right for you and your baby.

Christmas with my favorite people 🎄🤍

Moving through this week a little slower, soaking in the quiet moments, small hands, shared laughter, and the grace this season brings.

To the parents in the thick of it — the newborn days, feeding rhythms, and tender sleep transitions — you are seen. There is beauty here, even when it feels heavy. You’re doing meaningful work, one gentle moment at a time.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas filled with peace, hope, love, and joy 🤍✨

These gentle boundaries and small adjustments helped me move through gatherings with more ease, both as a mom and as a Registered Nurse. Not about perfection — just regulation, flexibility, and care.
If routines wobble or naps are missed, you’re not failing. You’re responding to a season, and you’ll find your rhythm again 🤍
Protecting your peace protects your baby too.

This month’s blog is a little different.
It’s personal.
It’s tender.
And it shares my daughter’s birth story—honestly, vulnerably, and from the heart.
I’m sharing it not because every detail needs to be known, but because the experience matters. The strength, the uncertainty, the moments where support made all the difference.
Both as a nurse and as a mother, I’ve learned this: pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood feel very different when you’re truly supported. Support brings steadiness. It creates safety. It reminds you that you’re not meant to do this alone.
If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or walking alongside someone who is, my hope is that this story feels grounding and reassuring—like a gentle reminder that your story matters too.
🤍
The full blog is linked in my bio, shared simply in the hope that you’ll feel supported while reading it.

🎁 I love gifts. I love giving gifts. I love receiving gifts.
💛 But what I love most is being there for people… supporting them, helping them feel seen, heard, and confident.
✨ This season, consider a gift that truly matters: time, guidance, and reassurance during those tender early days of parenthood.
Gift certificates for postpartum and newborn support in Oregon can be used for:
    •    Feeding workshops & one-on-one support
    •    Sleep guidance
    •    CPR & choking classes
    •    Baby care workshops
They’re a gift parents will treasure, for now and for years to come.

Taking a quiet moment to say how thankful I am. 🤍
To the families I’ve supported one-on-one, to those who’ve joined my workshops, and to everyone who has read, shared, or encouraged my work—thank you. Your support keeps this small RN-owned practice going, and it truly means so much.
I’m grateful for every chance to walk alongside parents in those early, tender seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and newborn life. Thank you for trusting me with your care, your questions, and your stories.
Wishing you a gentle, cozy Thanksgiving. 🧡✨
