If you’ve ever had that “what would I actually do?” moment when it comes to your child choking or not breathing—this is for you 🤍

I have CPR classes coming up in Corvallis this week and Lebanon in April, and I’d love to get you in one of them. And if those dates don’t work, you can always grab a group of friends or family and book a private class with me—just message me and we’ll set it up.

As a registered nurse, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when someone knows what to do in an emergency. My classes are designed to take away that panic and replace it with clear, confident action. We walk through exactly how to recognize choking vs. gagging, when to step in, and when it’s time to call 911—so you’re not second guessing in the moment.

You don’t have to live in that anxious “what if” space. You can feel prepared.

As a registered nurse, I’ve seen how powerful it is when parents and caregivers feel prepared in an emergency. That’s exactly why I love teaching this class. I created this CPR workshop to give you practical knowledge and hands-on practice so you can respond calmly and confidently if a child ever needs help.

If you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or caring for little ones, this class is designed for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling empowered, educated, and truly prepared to care for the children you love.

Please note: this is not a certification course. It’s a practical, hands-on skills class focused on real-life preparedness.

Feeding your newborn can feel surprisingly overwhelming at first. Many new parents are caught off guard by how frequently newborns feed, and it can bring up a lot of questions:

Is my baby getting enough?
Why are they hungry again?
Am I doing this right?

If you’ve ever had those thoughts, you’re not alone. 💛 Understanding what’s normal can make those early days feel so much more manageable.

If you’re expecting and want to feel more prepared, join my Prenatal Breastfeeding Class this Friday at 6 PM in Lebanon, Oregon. We’ll talk through what newborn feeding really looks like so you can head into postpartum with more confidence.

There is something so tender about those first feeds. 🤍
And there is something so empowering about walking into them feeling prepared.

Research consistently shows that families who receive breastfeeding education before baby arrives feel more confident, more supported, and more equipped in those early days. Preparation doesn’t promise a perfect journey — but it does create a steadier, more supported beginning.

If you’re expecting and planning to breastfeed, this class is designed for you. As a registered nurse, I guide you through what’s normal, what can feel challenging, how to prepare your body and your home, and how to build the support system that makes all the difference. My heart is that you leave feeling calm, informed, and truly ready.

My next prenatal breastfeeding class is next Friday in Lebanon, Oregon, and I would love to support you during this season of preparation.

You can register at the link in my bio. I’m honored to walk alongside you. 🤍
