I had the absolute honor of a lifetime being a guardian on an Honor Flight full of our fellow Louisianian Veterans to Washington D C for the day! It was such an amazing and moving experience. I went with my father, a Vietnam veteran and we were joined by 73 others and their guardians as well.
I walked a lot and these numbers don't really reflect it all because I was pushing him in a wheel chair most of the day. And boy these pictures, while I am proud to be in them, this is not where I want to be, physically. Anyways, back to the drawing board and now that I am on the other side, I am ready to regain my focus.

Super busy day at work but I managed to get a tiny bit in. Slowly working my way back!

Yesterday's accountability. I didnt log my food but I will get back to that today. We did a deep clean of the house and did a bit of yardwork and were so busy we both forgot to eat lunch. I feel certain I was okay eating. Hubby made a delicious roast beef with mashed potatoes and corn for dinner. No walks per se but I did get a lot of movement in, just not in step form lol

Finally back at it! Been a rough few weeks! Happy March everyone!
