in Albany and Troy, NY. Monday 6:45-8pm - Vinyasa (Albany)
Wednesday 5:45-7pm - Strength & Flow (Troy)
Friday 6:15-7:30pm - TGIF Yoga (Albany)

Jyoti completed her 200 hour Teacher Training at the Sivananda Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, CA, in 2012 and has been avidly teaching since.
