Hey friend!

Do you want to know what REALLY fires me up?! When I see companies promoting breast cancer awareness and support, yet continuing to offer and sell products FULL of carcinogens.

At Daisy Blue, we believe every BODY deserves to know exactly where their products are made and what the ingredients are, and how they function.

It is time to put an end to the onslaught of carcinogens in skincare.

Each week, I will share with you ingredients to avoid. Last week, my focus was on the ingredient FRAGRANCE -- which can have over 100 different ingredients in it, plus phthalates. (If you'd like to know more, find my video HERE).

Today, I want to encourage you to avoid the ingredients of sulfates. This could look like the following on your ingredient label:

SULFATES (cleansing/foaming agent)
1. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS)
2. Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES)
3. Ammonium Lauryl (& laureth) Sulfate (ALS)
4. Sodium Myreth Sulfate
5. Sodium Coco-Sulfate
6. TEA (and MEA) Lauryl Sulfate
7. Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate
8. Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate
9. All Sulfites
10. All PEG Compounds (polyethylene glycols)

Why should you avoid sulfates? Not only are they harsh to the skin, but they can also contain a known carcinogen, 1,4-Dioxane, which you will NOT see on an ingredient label, as this is a potential contaminant ingredient.

🌸 Rollerball Blend for Stress Relief

5 drops Lavender

5 drops Frankincense

3 drops Orange

Fill with fractionated coconut oil in a 10ml roller bottle

🍋 Energizing Room & Linen Spray

10 drops Lemon

8 drops Peppermint

6 drops Frankinsense

Fill a 4oz spray bottle with water + a splash of witch hazel

🌿 Muscle Ease Massage Oil

15 drops of Eucalyptus

7 drops Rosemary

5 drops Peppermint

Blend into 1oz of carrier oil for a soothing massage
