Celebration Group Homes has Direct Care positions available at our Behavior Focused home in Grand Ridge, FL. These positions involve providing care for individuals who need assistance with their daily living skills. This home has individuals with significant behaviors including elopement, verbal aggression, physical aggression, and property destruction. These positions require able bodied individuals who are able to react appropriately when the individuals in the home are eloping or showing physical aggression, this will include being able to do approved restraints. The applicant must also have the heart to work with individuals with these types of behaviors.
*A $300 sign on bonus is available for employees after 6 months of employment.
Full Time Positions:
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm: Team member will work Monday through Friday 7am-3pm. This position pays $9/hour. You will receive a $0.25 raise after working with CGH for 3 months, a $0.25 raise after completing your CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens training and another $0.25 raise after completing the Behavior Assistant Class. So, within the first 3 months you will be making $9.75/hour.
Part Time Position:
Every other weekend day shift: Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 7pm. This position pays $9/hour. You will receive a $0.25 raise after working with CGH for 3 months, a $0.25 raise after completing your CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens training and another $0.25 raise after completing the Behavior Assistant Class. So, within the first 3 months you will be making $9.75/hour.
Every other weekend night shift (including Fridays): Friday from 11pm to 7am, Saturday and Sunday Night from 7pm to 7am. You will be required to stay awake and do bed checks every 15 minutes. This position pays $9/hour. You will receive a $0.25 raise after working with CGH for 3 months, a $0.25 raise after completing your CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens training and another $0.25 raise after completing the Behavior Assistant Class. So, within the first 3 months you will be making $9.75/hour.
Part Time Companion position: You will work on a rotating schedule from 10:30am-3:00pm being a companion for residents in our group home. As the companion, you would be responsible for helping to plan the outings, take the residents on the outings and write companion logs for the outings that were taken. You will have other team members and management to help on your outings as well. Your schedule will be a 2-2-3 and work as follows, work Monday and Tuesday, be off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The following week, you will be off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday and be off Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This position pays up to $9.75/hour. You will drive our company van and have assistance from our team members to assist with caring for all of the residents. You will need a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. This position pays $9/hour. You will receive a $0.25 raise after working with CGH for 3 months, a $0.25 raise after completing your CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens training and another $0.25 raise after completing the Behavior Assistant Class. So, within the first 3 months you will be making $9.75/hour.
