This position is at one of our group homes with adults with intellectual disabilities. This position is at one of our group homes with adults with developmental disabilities. As a team member, you would be responsible for administering insulin injections for two individuals, tube feedings for one individual, etc. The full time position would also be assisting individuals with daily living skills. Passion for caring for others is a requirement.

We have a part time position available at this group home.

You will do skilled nursing ONLY. Each day includes providing skilled nursing (insulin shots for 2 individuals and tube feeding via kangaroo pump for 1 individual). The times each day are 7a-8:30, 11a, 5p-6p. The tasks do not take long to complete but you are paid for a total of 4 hours each day. The homes are located within about 5-8 minutes of each other. You will travel between three different homes. Pay rate for skilled nursing is $38 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to Individuals in day-to-day activities.

Celebration Group Homes has a Team Leader positions available. This position involves leadership as well as direct care. Direct Care involves providing care for individuals who need assistance with their daily living skills. Some individuals require checks and changes every two hours and are totally dependent on staff for their daily living skills. Passion for caring for others is a MUST.

Team Leader: 2-2-3 Schedule For example, you would work Monday and Tuesday, be off Wednesday and Thursday and work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The next week you would be off two (Monday and Tuesday), work two (Wednesday and Thursday) and be off three (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The hours are 6:30am-6:30pm. You would be responsible for assisting with meals, showers and other direct care work. You will also need to be an eligible driver so you can drop off and pick the clients up from day training each week day, drive to appointments or on outings. This position pays $17/hr. If you are scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday, you will make $1.00 over your regular pay rate for Saturdays and Sundays.

So, within the first 3 months you will be making $9.75/hour.

Part Time Companion position: You will work on a rotating schedule from 10:30am-3:00pm being a companion for residents in our group home. As the companion, you would be responsible for helping to plan the outings, take the residents on the outings and write companion logs for the outings that were taken. You will have other team members and management to help on your outings as well. Your schedule will be a 2-2-3 and work as follows, work Monday and Tuesday, be off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The following week, you will be off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday and be off Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This position pays up to $9.75/hour. You will drive our company van and have assistance from our team members to assist with caring for all of the residents. You will need a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. This position pays $9/hour. You will receive a $0.25 raise after working with CGH for 3 months, a $0.25 raise after completing your CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens training and another $0.25 raise after completing the Behavior Assistant Class.
