April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, but the reality is that survivors need support 365 days a year.

If you're a survivor, know this: It wasn't your fault. You didn't deserve it. And you don't have to carry it alone.

If someone you love is a survivor, your support matters more than you know. Believe them. Listen without judgment. Help them find resources when they're ready.

Sexual assault thrives in silence. We break that silence by supporting survivors, educating our communities, and refusing to look away.

You deserve safety. You deserve healing. You deserve better.

Predict the warning signs before danger escalates. Identify red flags in relationships, situations, and people. Prevent violence through awareness and boundary-setting.

What drains you? What feels unsafe? What leaves you resentful?
You can’t protect boundaries you haven’t identified.

Say It Clearly & Early
Simple, calm language works best.
“I’m not available for that.”
“I need time to think before committing.”

Hold Your Boundary Firm
You don’t need to over-explain. Repeating your boundary is enough.

In Bristol Township, Pennsylvania, a young woman who had bravely reported sexual assault and was attempting to end an abusive relationship was stalked and killed, just hours later. Authorities have charged her attacker with homicide, stalking, and related crimes.
