If you hate your ex or your current partner, it is a relationship that was never rooted in love - it was rooted in fear, emotional addiction, and/or getting something you wanted from that person (all of which at its core is fear).

Love doesn't have an agenda. Nor does it shift out-of-love. We can have emotions of varying degrees while loving - it doesn't mean we don't love. But love is not an emotion. It's consciousness. It's a state-of-being.
