🔑🔑🔑 This is one of the reasons I talk so much about nervous system regulation.
Your immune system doesn’t exist in isolation. It’s in constant communication with your brain, your hormones, your gut, your sleep, and your stress response.
When the body perceives ongoing stress, whether physical, emotional, environmental, or biochemical, it can remain in a state of protection rather than repair. Over time, that can influence inflammation, digestion, energy, hormone balance, and immune function.
Healing isn’t just about what supplement you take or what symptom you’re trying to suppress. It’s about creating the conditions that allow the body to feel safe enough to shift from survival into restoration.
The body is always listening. The question is: what message is it receiving?
