Our baby ducks are settling in nicely and loving their new setup! 🐥💦 A big thank you to our amazing maintenance team for creating a backyard pool at the girls lodge so they can enjoy some outdoor water time. They are growing so quickly and before we know it, they’ll be ready to join the rest of our ducks here on site. We love watching them thrive! 💛

Another successful community resource event! Our amazing volunteer Lucia attended and represented Serenity Mesa at the Grants Community Resource Fair this last weekend. While we are located in the Albuquerque area, we proudly serve youth in need from communities all across New Mexico. We’re excited to welcome five adorable new additions to our Serenity Mesa family! 🐥🦆

Our Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer took home some duck eggs to incubate, and now we have five baby ducks getting ready to join our growing flock soon. These fluffy little friends are already bringing so much joy and excitement.

The youth love engaging with and helping care for the ducks. From feeding them to simply spending time outdoors watching them grow, these moments create connection, responsibility, and healing in such a special way. We can’t wait to see these new babies become part of the flock! 💛
