Este pollito dominguero quedo MUN - DIAL. 💫💫💫💫⭐️⭐️Me encanta comer rico pues desde chiquitos en casa se comía delicioso y la verdad no soy muy de la cocina pero preparo algunas cosas con sazón caraqueña que es muy abierta y llena de sabores mestizos. En el libro de cocina de Scannone sobre la cocina a la manera de Caracas, hay unas 70 sopas distintas!!!!!Como dijo el maestro Cabrujas, en Venezuela puedes encontrar gente de todas partes del mundo, con sus tradiciones influyentes ...Me enfoco en el sabor y en el gustazo que me regalaré en un rato. Pollo sudado en su propio jugo, cebolla morada, ajo picadito. Que hay en esta nevera ??? y me encuentro un repollo, un calabacín y un jengibre. Cuales aceites están ahi? ah... coco, oliva, sésamo... Mmmm. Corto repollo en juliana. Calabacin en cuadros. Lo dejo a fuego lento. Sal c/N ... le rallo jengibre.
Un rato mas a fuego lento. Encuentro un condimento con curcuma algo de comino...color... (claro... !"Mmmm huele bien pero le falta caracter"...un chorro de aceite de sesamo y Salsa de soya baja en sal.
Se queda un rato, apago... reposo. Concentración de sabor...
(Sabor medio thai, medio chino)
Bien bueno, se que mis celulas agradecidas tendrán full energia !

Saturday before I hit the road: Eggs, baby greens and artichoke, some smoked fish dip key west Style, and a delicious little empanadita made by this woman, myself, with puff pastry and stuffed with my super eggplant and champignon middle-east way, a good fruit salad with banana watermelon pineapple blueberries and grapes...oh boy my system's got a great fuel while digestion is efficiently taking place until tonight: this will be a long, great day.!💖☀️💫💫💫💫💫💫🙏🙏🙏🙏

When an university dear friend from Caracas says: "Come " I just jump mountains to be there even though : Insolito! She invited me over to the Burger Bash food and wine event of the National food of the mighty country! Hamburgers!!!! I tried a little of three and voted a loud yes! on the one with Trufles and Pineapple and caramelized onions. Cucumber salad with sesame oil...
