I have been busy since the T5 transition with the TriCare Regions taking notes on the issues our military families and healthcare providers have faced to include my own practice.

I put together a very detailed letter about these problems and sent them to the first three Congress Members in my District. I received response from one of those offices offering assistance.

Yesterday I sent the letter to the Governor and to the MFRC at the Pentagon. I am just getting started people. I will not sit idly by when our military families are suffering. You can be certain I will fight for them!

Mission of Hope

I am a US Air Force Spouse, Mother of 2, Mental Health, Military Family Advocate & Licensed Professional Counselor in TX. Most importantly I have lived the active duty military lifestyle for many years. I have experienced the pain of infertility as a military spouse and navigated fertility treatments in Military Training Facilities. I have lived through deployments and unaccompanied remote assignments as a young mom while managing home, kids, career and community service to fellow military spouses and families. I know the pain of being away from extended family for extended periods of time, frequent moves and all the adventures of service life! I have a passion for serving families who serve in our communities! My special interest is in helping those who have suffered trauma. I have many years of experience providing counseling to military members, veterans, first responders and their families as well as various other populations. My training is extensive in areas of trauma, domestic violence/abuse, dual diagnoses, severe mental illness, blended families and marriage and family systems. I currently provide individual, couples/marriage and family counseling in my virtual practice. I have a MS in Mental Health Counseling and some Ph.D. work in Marriage & Family Therapy. I would love the opportunity to talk with you about how I can serve you and your family today!
