Arabella Marie, began organic gardening as a toddler with her mother in the fertile soil of Northern California. She began learning very early on to respect Mother Earth and delight in its healing and fertility. Fond memories still linger of the first time she consciously fell in love with Earth. "I'll never forget that warm summer evening in the Napa Valley. It was dusk and the cool breeze from the San Pablo Bay blew up valley to cool it off. I filled my palm up with the rich soil and the delectable smell that I've never stopped loving! I must have been about 10 years old and recall I giggled as I drizzled the soil out between my fingers like a game and into the newly planted garden bed. Glancing over my shoulder, my mother smiled as she knew that I too understood the blessing Mother Earth was." Arabella veered far, far away from her childhood foundations; gardening was always a large part of her life and a deep passion. Dancing with the idea of owning a garden nursery began in 1990-1991 but she allowed life to just keep getting in the way! She got divorced, thyroid health issues riddled her body for decades and her spiritual journey pushed her into becoming a minister. Laughing she shares, "I didn't really have a choice in the matter! I've been literally healing and ministering to people since I was a kid." As a practicing Omniest, Rev. Arabella, believes that all spiritual paths lead home. Her spiritual teaching is a patchwork of the lessons learned on her spiritual walkabout and contain elements of many beliefs in combination with divine wisdom downloaded to her from various realms. Besides gardening, she was raised in a metaphysical home environment and learned early on that she was different; having clear third-eye visions at age 11 and becoming an astute energy healer on the animals on her farm, as well as friends and family members. During high school she became acquainted with the New Thought principles of Ernest Holmes and revisited them decades later where she ended up in leadership at a New Thought Spiritual Center where she managed their Community Care Circle Program as well as leading meditations, prayer, Sunday service and leading song as a music ministry. After being diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer in 2021 she did deep soul searching and decided to put all her pieces back together without the inner child wounds, ego patterning, and outside influences which she had let stifle her for so long, hence THE INTUITIVE GARDENER was birthed. "I'm naturally a psychic, a healer and I can't deny that I am a gardener to the depths of my bones! Even when I couldn't walk, my mind was always in the garden. I've learned a lot about our health system (or lack of health in the system) and began transforming my lifelong HYPOTHYROID AUTOIMMUNE SYMPTOMS by changing my diet, adding in supplements as well as using essential oils for aromatherapy to help me cope with anxiety and depression." Sharing her journey and what has worked, and not worked, is a large part of her spiritual mission including how to live a more enjoyable human experience by getting re-attuned to our natural state of being -- simplicity. When not traveling the globe, she can be found creating magic from her peaceful home-base in the Southwestern United States.
