Taught my first mediation and breathwork class to dementia patients in a memory care facility. While challenging, I had no idea how rewarding it could possibly be. Connections were made and so many smiles were received.

My business is branching out in so many directions. If you know of a facility, organization or caregivers that would benefit from weekly meditation, breathwork, mindfulness or sound therapy classes, please message me. I would love to fill my week with community guidance and support.

If you are looking for a little relaxation and reset after the recent holiday excitement, I have open spots in the next couple of weeks. Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays 9-2, Wednesday and Fridays 3-5, Saturday and Sunday, 9-12. Sessions are $120 for 90 minutes and can be customized to meet your needs. Gift Certificates are available for purchase.

Modalities to choose from include Reiki, Limpia, Integrated Energy Therapy, sound bath healing, aroma therapy, hot stones, infrared sauna, Jade and Tourmaline heat therapy, meditation and breathwork, or card reading.

Reiki, IET, sound bath healing, card readings and goal planning can be done virtually.

I am also offering 90 minute goal planning/coaching sessions as we approach the new year. These sessions will include intro to mindset reframing, mediations, breathwork and supportive card reading. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
