Our mission is to aid women experiencing an untimely pregnancy, to see the truth of God's word birthed in their hearts and make abortion undesirable.

Sav-A-Life is a non-profit, Christian based organization. We are striving to help the young ladies and women of our community during and after their pregnancy. We are open on Monday through Thursday 8 am to 4 pm. You can reach us at (256)329-2273. Our address is 5 Lee Street, Alexander City, AL 35010 or P.O. Box 38 Alexander City, AL 35011. All of our services are free and confidential. We provide pregnancy testing and a program "Earn While You Learn" that provides infant supplies.

We’d like to share a quick update about our T-shirt Fundraiser and Medical Wish List!

👕 T-shirt Fundraiser
All shirts are pre-paid orders. Our first order will be placed at the end of October, and if there’s still interest or we haven’t yet reached our goal, we’ll place a second order at the end of November. We are also working to add youth sizes to the options!

Once the shirts arrive, we’ll post an update on social media and begin calling everyone who placed an order. Please note: shirts will not be shipped—they must be picked up at our office unless other arrangements are made.

🩺 Medical Wish List
You may notice some RV-related items listed. That’s because our new Mobile Unit is classified as an RV and will require a few RV supplies for upkeep. If you scroll further down the list, you’ll also find the medical supplies we need to stock the Mobile Unit so it can be ready to serve.
