INTRO TO STRENGTH with Dr. Hillary this a 6-week class series that will help you build the foundational movement skills to improve mobility and build full body strength. Each class is 45-minutes of low impact and will use intentional movements to strengthen proper movement patterns and nervous system connection. Every class is pelvic floor friendly. You will learn how to properly and safely move & lift weights to build strength without injury or fear. No prior lifting experience needed.
We will work through different variations of movements like:
-squats
-lunges
-hinges
-presses
-rows
-pushups
-core
Don’t let movement, weights, or your pelvic floor scare you from increases strength or improving your health. Whether you are newly postpartum, peri/menopausal, looking improve your form, or just getting back into the gym - this class is for YOU. All women are welcome.
Classes will run MONDAY 4:00-4:45PM or TUESDAY evenings 5:15PM to 6:00PM from January 13th - February 24th
