Becoming new parents can mean you’re hearing soo many opinions while attempting to remain balanced about your own wishes and dreams of a wonderful pregnancy and birth! And, this mama remained ever hopeful every step of the way! With each conversation we shared in reviewing all sorts of birth possibilities she’d look at her husband and say, “I just feel like it’s all going to be okay. Yeah! I really do!” Hope. That’s what I’ll remember most about this adorable couple. With each encounter she held such hope!
Hope. A word that’s difficult to describe and easier to shake off. They both held such hope. And, they worked for it! Every step of the way. Hope was held! 💕

We’re overjoyed to celebrate with the Mobley family at the birth of their newest, precious, and cherished bay boy, Tal!
Mikelle is one of our very own MBFM birth assistants…but did you know? She’s also a Certified Professional Midwife and we’re cheering her on during her final steps in becoming an Alabama Licensed midwife! She and Trent live “just down the road” and we’ve enjoyed each and every prenatal. Mikelle birthed Tal with an intentional heart in worship, Trent supported her with every breath, and baby Tal didn’t waste a moment in meeting his parents.
Such a treasure❣️
Help me congratulate them in the comments💕👣💙

Breastfeeding a new baby is a unknown venture. Sometimes, everything comes together so easily and effortlessly. Usually, there’s a few days of extra hard work, little sleep, and a few tears. Other times, it’s seems it’s an endless battle with too many hurdles to overcome.
So delighted we’ve already been blessed with a little community of generous and loving moms! I reached out to only 2 mamas (with babies several months old) and they were happy to help! Then, one connected me with another mom in the area looking to bless someone with an entire freezer full of extra milk.
God does supply and He holds us close in these first few weeks. His promise is to “comfort those with young.” How beautiful it is when He uses other moms to bring us comfort, too.

Early Spring meant 2 March births. One welcoming a new addition to a growing family and the other a first baby and a new journey into parenthood.
Each mother worked hard in her pregnancy! Both remained joyful with such a clear vision for hope during her birth and vivid desire to hold their sweet blessings.
May each family know their babies and births blessed our team like Spring. They each renewed our belief that birth works❣️Moms are capable. They are stronger than they know and braver than the first green leafs pushing winter into yesterday. 🫶🌱🌼

We’re still basking in amazement over how incredibly the Phillips family navigated their birth! Quiet stillness, simple trust, and effort brought a sweet baby in only a few hours. The video on the stairs taken just 10 minutes before baby was born…back in the bedroom. Absolutely incredible to witness the strength and resolve women show during birth. It is a wonder!
So honored to watch you bring your baby into your arms, Jessica and Carson!
