Whether you're skipping it, rushing through it, or just unsure if you're doing it “right,” this workshop is for you.⁠

Join Camille for a deep dive into Chaturanga Dandasana—learn how to build strength, refine alignment, and move with confidence through your vinyasa.⁠ We'll break it down step-by-step and give you tools you can actually use in class.⁠

✨ What we’ll cover:
✔️ Shoulder, wrist & core prep
✔️ Proper alignment + common mistakes
✔️ Transitions in and out of Chaturanga
✔️ Modifications, props & drills

Workshop fee $40. Class time 90 minutes. Sorry, no refunds. Cancellation greater than 24 hours prior to class can be applied to a future workshop.
