Mike Cornell: Peer Support & Mental Wellness Coach I’m a punkish nerd who survived depression, anorexia & embraced a late AuDHD diagnosis. Grab your free intro chat if you need me.

Now I tackle life's Suck with curiosity, flair, fierce compassion & zero platitudes, offering peer-led mental health support. At heart, I’m a punkish creative and introspective nerd... I’m also someone who’s been in The Suck. I’ve faced depression, suicidal ideation, anorexia, and learned—later than most—that I’m Autistic/ADHD. Life’s thrown me its share of complexities and I’ve learned to meet them with curiosity instead of shame. I just had to fall a dozen times to figure that out. Dusting myself off after those experiences led me to Peer Support. Had to give those personal hells a point, right? In our sessions, you'll get reflection and space to move forward without losing yourself. I don’t do one-size-fits-all advice or empty platitudes. Let’s sit in the mess together and find your voice. Growth doesn’t come from fixing what’s broken or covering it up, it comes from finding meaning in the pieces. There’s beauty in what’s weathered. So, if you’re untangling self-worth, hunting purpose, learning to be gentler with yourself, or just need someone to get your nuance—I’m in your corner.

I want to thank MHNRNetwork for this friggin’ amazing write up. I am beyond honored someone would take the time to wax poetically on all I’m trying to do and give.

Why some voices change the atoms in a room — and why peer support matters more than ever.

And that's a wrap on Season 2. For the finale, we sat down with Candice Christiansen and the conversation went places I didn't expect. We talked about what it means to heal in a world that isn't always helpful, the idea that autistic people actually like s*x (gasp), and the challenge of trusting your own intuition when you've been taught to ignore it.
