It’s a common question. But the idea that strength training will make women look like a bodybuilder is a myth. Even young men with 10x the circulating testosterone of women find it hard to bulk up.

ALL VIRGINIA LOCATIONS OPEN MON. JUNE 15TH!
The Perfect Workout will reopen the doors to training in-person all of our Virginia studios on 6/15/20:

• Alexandria, VA
• Burke, VA
• Centreville, VA
• Fairfax, VA
• Falls Church, VA
• Reston, VA

As expected, there are certain guidelines our team will be honoring in order to keep everyone safe.

In regard to Fitness Studios, we will be following the State of Virginia established guidelines:
• Patrons, members, instructors, and guests must remain ten feet apart at all times.
• Occupancy is limited to 30%. We are taking it a step further and for the foreseeable future, we will not have more than 6 people in the studio at any given time and in many cases no more than 2.
• Employees must wear face coverings.
• Equipment must be cleaned and disinfected after each use.
• Businesses must supply hand sanitizer or hand washing stations.

What does this mean for you?
• As mentioned above, we are taking extra steps to make sure we limit the number of people in our studio at any given time to no more than 6 and in most cases, just you and your trainer will be in the studio.
• A scheduled appointment will be required to come to the studio.
• All Training Staff will be wearing masks. Masks are welcome, but not required for clients.
• Our trainers will be sanitizing your machines after every use.
• Our studios will be equipped with HEPA air filters to ensure high levels of air cleanliness.
• All staff will wash or disinfect their hands after each client interaction & will provide hand sanitizer to our clients upon entering.
• Bathrooms will be open and cleaned many times throughout the day.

If for any reason you’d like to continue with Virtual Training sessions until a later date, that is okay too.
