When you receive a service or even give yourself one it’s important you know what to expect. Lymphatic Drainage works with the lymphatic system and understanding the flow of the system is important so that you know your session worked!

After a session you may experience

Fatigue, increased urination, soreness, frequent or excessive bowel movements, achiness, tingling, and flu like symptoms.

During the session you may notice skin that was tight becoming looser!

Lymphatic drainage has plenty of benefits as it flushes out toxins in the body! It’s important to provide yourself maintenance and tune ups for your lymphatic systems.

For those experiencing lymphatic drainage post op it may be recommended by your surgeon to get them at least 2 times a week the week of to lessen the chances of lymph build up and even fibrosis.
